Dr. Mario - NES

Dr. Mario is a Nintendo NES puzzle game starring Mario in a falling-capsule virus-clearing challenge. The gameplay centers on rotating and placing multi-colored vitamin capsules to eliminate viruses inside the bottle.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Puzzle gameplay rewards color matching, planning, and quick adjustments as capsules drop into place.
• Clearing 4 or more matching colors in a row removes capsules and viruses from the playfield.
• Each round is completed by destroying every virus in the bottle, with later rounds increasing the difficulty.
• Simultaneous two-player action adds a competitive version of the capsule-matching format.

Dr. Mario turns Mario’s world into a medical-themed puzzle format built around viruses, capsules, levels, and speed settings. It sits alongside Nintendo’s early puzzle lineup with a distinct formula separate from Mario’s platforming adventures.
