Red & Green Chili Set

A great chili comes down to a few essentials: Mild Chili Powder for bittersweet, garlicky depth, Hatch Green Chile Powder for medium-hot New Mexican heat, and Ground Cumin Seeds, the thread that runs through both. This trio comes in one box, so you can make red chili, try a green chile recipe, or cook both.

All three jars are salt-free, so whoever's cooking controls the seasoning from the ground up. Start with 2-4 tablespoons of chili spices per quart and let it simmer. The set arrives gift-boxed with a recipe card for our Award-Winning Chili, but we recommend also trying our White Hatch Chicken Chili. Comes ready to give to a chili lover, a tailgate host, or anyone who has strong opinions about the cook-off.
