Tomato Powder

Made from ground, dehydrated tomatoes. Us it to make homemade tomato paste by mixing 1 part Tomato Powder with 2-3 parts water. Use in sauces and stews as both a seasoning and thickening agent. Try adding dry tomato powder to your homemade meatloaf recipe. Dried tomato powder lasts indefinitely when stored in the fridge. For an easy homemade tomato sauce, mix 4 parts water with 1 part tomato powder. You can also use it to make tomato juice.
